1. Acceptance and scope
These terms govern use of the TarangNow website, demonstration tools, AI voice-agent services, WhatsApp messaging integrations, dashboards, APIs and related support. By using the services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these terms. A signed order, service agreement or data-processing agreement may add to or replace parts of these terms for a specific deployment.
2. Accounts and authorised use
Customers must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and integration tokens, restrict access to authorised users and promptly notify TarangNow of suspected misuse. Customers may use the services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with documentation and applicable written agreements.
3. Product services
TarangNow may provide inbound or outbound calling, WhatsApp messaging, AI conversations, transcription, summaries, workflow actions, integrations and usage reporting. The exact features, volume, languages, providers, support and service commitments are those stated in the applicable order or deployment configuration. Demonstration content and website estimates are illustrative and are not production guarantees.
4. WhatsApp and Meta services
A customer that connects a WhatsApp Business Account authorises TarangNow to access and process the account, phone-number, template, message and delivery-status information needed to provide the requested integration. TarangNow processes this data on the customer's behalf and under its instructions.
The customer is responsible for:
- having authority to connect and administer the relevant WhatsApp Business Account and phone numbers;
- complying with Meta and WhatsApp terms, commerce and messaging policies, template requirements and technical documentation;
- obtaining and recording all required opt-ins, notices and permissions before messaging a person;
- honouring opt-outs, blocks, suppression lists and user requests promptly; and
- ensuring that message content, products, services and campaigns are lawful and not misleading.
Meta and WhatsApp are third-party services with their own terms and availability. TarangNow does not control their approval, account-quality decisions, delivery, restrictions or service changes and does not represent that it is Meta or WhatsApp.
5. Responsible calling and recording
Customers are responsible for lawful calling permissions, do-not-call and suppression rules, caller identification, local calling hours, recording or transcription notices, consent, sector-specific requirements and human escalation. Customers must not use TarangNow for spam, harassment, deception, unlawful surveillance, emergency calling or activity that violates a person's rights.
6. Customer data and instructions
As between TarangNow and the customer, the customer retains its rights in customer data. The customer instructs TarangNow to process that data only to provide, secure and support the configured services. The customer confirms that it has supplied all required notices and has a lawful basis to provide the data and issue those instructions.
TarangNow does not sell customer data and does not use WhatsApp message, call or AI conversation data for unrelated advertising or independent consumer profiling. Processing, retention, providers and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
7. AI-generated conversations and actions
AI services can misunderstand a person, produce incomplete or inaccurate responses, or take an unintended configured action. Customers must test prompts, knowledge, integrations, guardrails and handoff rules before launch and continue to monitor performance. AI output is not professional, medical, legal, financial or emergency advice and must not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions about a person.
Customers remain responsible for the instructions, knowledge, claims and actions they configure, and for providing suitable human review and escalation.
8. Acceptable use
Customers and users must not:
- violate law, third-party rights, platform rules or telecommunications requirements;
- send unsolicited, deceptive, discriminatory, threatening or abusive communications;
- collect sensitive information without a valid need, lawful basis and appropriate safeguards;
- attempt unauthorised access, probe security, introduce malware or interfere with service operation;
- misrepresent identity, impersonate a person or conceal that an automated agent is being used where disclosure is required; or
- resell, copy or reverse engineer the service except where expressly permitted in writing.
9. Third-party providers and integrations
The services may depend on Meta, WhatsApp, cloud hosting, telephony, AI, speech, analytics and customer-selected integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change, suspend or discontinue features. TarangNow is not responsible for failures caused solely by a third-party service outside TarangNow's reasonable control.
10. Fees and usage
Fees, included usage, billing intervals, taxes, telephony or messaging charges and payment terms are specified in the applicable order or displayed checkout. Website pricing and calculators are estimates unless incorporated into a written order. The customer is responsible for authorised usage generated through its account and integrations.
11. Privacy, deletion and security
Each party will comply with applicable privacy and data-protection obligations relevant to its role. Customers must respond to their end users' rights requests and TarangNow will provide reasonable assistance for data it processes on their behalf. Requests can be submitted through the public Data Deletion page or by emailing support@tarangnow.com.
12. Intellectual property
TarangNow and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, designs, documentation and service technology. Customers retain rights in their data, brand materials, prompts and business content. Customers grant TarangNow the limited right to host, transmit and process that material only as needed to provide the services.
13. Confidentiality
Each party must protect non-public business, technical and customer information received from the other party and use it only for the relationship. This obligation does not apply to information that is public through no breach, independently developed, lawfully received without restriction or required to be disclosed by law.
14. Availability and changes
TarangNow may update the website, APIs, integrations and product capabilities. Planned service levels, maintenance commitments and remedies apply only when included in a written service agreement. TarangNow may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, non-payment or a material breach.
15. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as available" basis and TarangNow does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, message delivery, call completion, AI accuracy or a particular business outcome. Liability limits, exclusions and remedies in an applicable signed agreement control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Termination
A customer may stop using the website at any time and may terminate production services as stated in its order or service agreement. On termination, access may be disabled and data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy, the customer's instructions and applicable retention requirements. Terms that by their nature should continue—including confidentiality, payment, intellectual property and lawful liability limitations—survive termination.
17. Changes and contact
TarangNow may update these terms to reflect service, provider or legal changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@tarangnow.com.
